Claes is a Senior Infrastructure Consultant and Project Manager with focus on Enterprise System Management. As a technical consultant Claes is expert in Operations, System Administration and Networks Supervision. As a Business Consultant he is ITIL certified (IT Service Management) and is very experienced in Change Management and Service Management.

This involved updates, config of apache, JBOSS, config of IPV6, performance testing, both on OS and Apache. Biggest achievement which was when he got to rebuild their networks, due to performanceissues, and almost doubled the performance.
